By accessing or using the Ilm Magazine platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3Content & Copyright

All content provided in Ilm Magazine and Nuqoosh-e-Raah, including articles, images, and graphics, is the property of IYF India or its content creators and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

4User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

5Delivery Policy

Print magazines are dispatched by the 5th of every month. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service reliability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, though we will assist in tracking lost shipments.
